Nature Knows Best…Reddish Toss.

Random post topic I thought up whilst I was preparing the sides for my dish and it just hit me how beautiful nature is in the raw form (here I am being philosophical about food).

There is such a vast range of food types that we choose to enjoy and ingest into our bodies which come prepared with a detailed guide of the nutritional value but perhaps -with all the saturated fats and preservatives, are not the healthiest, most nutritionist or organic of food. I love growing my own herbs & vegetables, going to the farmer's market and getting back to the food closest to natures nutritional richness and beauty in its rawest form.


Needless to say, not to worry, I will definitely make a post following of this salad made from these simple ingredients you see but more decadent.


  1. Cherry tomatoes.
  2. Basil.
  3. Radish.
  4. Salt.
  5. Pepper.
  6. Vinegar
  7. OIive Oil
  8. Black Olives (option).



  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Cut the radish in half.
  3. If using olives, add those to the bowl.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
  6. Mix together.
  7. Add salt & pepper. 
  8. Garnish with basil.
  9. Stick a fork in it, you're done!
